Commercial prep kitchen and/or Walk-up cafe space available at the base of Subway chairlift at Alpine Meadows resort. Slope-side patio seating. Cafe visible from Subway chairlift and within a short walking distance of parking lot. Consistent clientele of skiers and instructors from Achieve Tahoe Adaptive Sports Center located in the same building. 18’x13′ space includes all kitchen appliances, cookware, and utilities. Space is available daily, year-round. Monthly rent is only a donation of 5% of gross sales to Achieve Tahoe, a 501(c)(3) organization. Learn more about who you would be benefiting at achievetahoe.org
